A Bucket Full of Thank You’s
With summer moving full speed ahead and the month of July soon to be a distant memory, I thought now is as good as ever to spill my bucket of Thank You’s to those that make life a little brighter and a little more fun.
Surely this is not my complete list as I have many buckets. But this one is full so here I go:
- Craig and the SAP Swat Team. I remember Craig "begging" for SAP and now I see him and the team "begging" for mercy and going live September 2.
- Scott for stepping into the Store Director’s role or should I say, "dancing into the role."
- Kym who has effortlessly in a short amount of time tied up our promotion with Detroit Gossip Girls, launching Chicago and LA with Kemon and moving at the speed of light.
- Wendy who sold the most ACS bookmarks by an individual; the Flint store who is the only store to crack 1,000!
- Kory for stepping up at CTS and rocking the division.
- Dan for always getting the small stuff done.
- Kelly for making sure the education at TheAcademy and at S.P.A. is top rate.
- The LT GLC for taking care of the ATL business with no problems.
- The Pavilion staff for updating the showroom.
- BUB for making everyday a little brighter and the most fun.
- Jacques for getting the web stuff done on time.
- Charlotte for being a true Rebel in difficult times.
- Not having to play golf in England to make a living.
- All the Kemon salons that believe in us.
- And our Kemon Head Coaches: Jeph, Andy and Aaron. You guys are the best!

Happy Monday! In resonse to #11– keeping all 12 websites up-to-date takes the ENTIRE MMS team. Thank you to the team for keeping spirits high and not compromising quality even when we are short staffed.

I would like to THANK Scott, Carrie, Jenni, Cathy. I have been out of the office a few days over the past few weeks taking care of my wedding details (which is less than 2 weeks away.. how crazy!) and they all have been so helpful with anything that I needed. I would also like to THANK the GlammaSquad who have really pulled together to help each other out over the past few weeks, they never miss a beat and truly run as a team. I cant even begin to imagine what I would do without everyone on my team! Thank you soooo much!

I want to thank LG and Teresa for my job!! Marshall for always helping me no matter how busy he is and for translating computer talk into English so I know what the heck these guys are saying, Craig and the ENTIRE SAP team for all of their help and patience during this implementation, Shanon Avery for all that she does to help me with SAP and all my daily questions, Kim B for being my best friend both inside and outside of work and for listening to me whine and helping me come up with solutions, Elisa for coming back from maternity leave early, Eloy at Steiner for his sense of humor and for forgiving me, My team for picking up my slack while I’m in SAP you rock tier 8!! My boyfriend for eating dinner at 7:00 during SAP and lastly I want to thank all of the sales people for being so open minded and positive during our training sessions even though we haven’t started yet I want to thank you ahead of time because I know you guys aren’t going to give me a hard time : )

I would like to Thank the Pavilion staff for being so great to work with. You all brighten my day and it is great to have such a nice team to work with.
Also Thank you to Larry and Teresa for letting me have the chance to do what I do best. I am grateful for all the opportunities that come my way.

I have so many thank you’s: I would like to thank my sister, she is my best friend and gave me my nephew to enjoy and smile at! My parents cause even though they drive me nuts, they are always on my side. My best friends, they keep me adventourous.
And now for those here at work. First and foremost, to Debbie and Odessa! I ask many questions, and no matter how busy they are, they are answering my qustions and helping me learn. You ladies are awesome. To kelly for making all my days brighter and for our endless laugh sessions. To Amy Crosby for lending me a helping hand always, and keeping me posted with any new stuff. Jodi, Jim and Stacy for always encouraging me and keeping me busy:)
Lastly the contact center and ladies in the Spa department, because these ladies work super hard and have such positive attitudes! WOW my bucket was overflowing!

Thank you Larry and Teresa for all the unconventional support and oppurtunities you give us. To my crew of girls on the contact center floor! Each and every one of you contribute to TNG success. Shelley Hawker for being a wonderfully amazing woman that I get the privilege to train alongside and to be enthused by every M-F! You are 1 in a million! Anastacia for being herself, and da** awesome at what you do. Kim B you are the egg in my cake, without you I would never have the oppurtunity to rise. Shauna, Jen, and Deanna for the humor, support, and commraderie. Carly you are truly dazzling! What fantastic women I am surrounded by, you all inspire me to constantly improve. Thank you.

A big Thank You to Cindy for being so understanding with me in such a difficult time in my life, it has been one hell of a year. You have been there to listen and help me with the much needed responsibilities when I was out. You are a big inspiration. I would like to say Thank you to Lory for helping me get this far and always helping me out, you help at the store when needed and with personal issues. To Renee also for helping out and being a true friend, for you know what I am going through and have helped me move forward. Also a big Thank you to Amber for coming out to Canton once a week to help out.

Thanks Larry for the continued recognition as we climb diligently to the first summit of our own corporate ‘Mount Everest’! You have committed incredible resources, patience and trust in the SAP team and me; be sure that we do not take that lightly.
Thanks to everyone who has committed time and energy to this unbelievable project. You’ve discovered what pain threshold is all about and I am very proud of all that you’ve accomplished. I realize that there are not enough hours in the week to make this a slam dunk, but your passion has outweighed the odds in an incredible manner!
Thanks to Fred and the remainder of TNG for taking on extra duties to cover for a department that is almost entirely missing. Prior to this project, we were receiving around 430 support calls per month but due to talent ’stepping it up’ we have that down to around 220. Hopefully you are all getting opportunities to grow in knowledge and become more self-sufficient.

*Thank you to Scott for always being on top of things and getting things done as quick as you do, it helps the Store and myself be more porductive and I appreciate all you do. With all of the extra added responsibility you have coming your way you’ve been positive about it and making “it” happen. Thank you!! (He really does alot!)
*Thanks to Cathy Gasper for being an amazing DSM. You’ve helped my store and myself grow so much in the short time you’ve been the DSM for this location and it’s amazing the difference in the productivity and changes here.

As always, I read a little late…but I’d like to thank Larry and Teresa for giving me an amazing job! And allowing me to do what it is that I love! Melissa Noxon, for being my best friend at work…and sometimes outside of work! hehe! Kim B, for always being there when I need something! Whether it’s a crazy customer, or just a simple question. My Husband…just for being him! He’s an amazing person inside and out, and I love him more and more everyday! My sister…for being my sister, and my best friend. I don’t think I’d be anything without her in my life. There are a lot more people, but this thing would be about 10 pages if I continued. Thanks!
