1. I'm a new client. How do I register with THE INDUSTRY SOURCE?

Follow these 4 steps:

  1. Click here to fill out the customer registration form.
  2. Upon completion of the registration form you can shop online with theindustrysource.com
  3. After you place your first online order with us you will be sent your client number from THE INDUSTRY SOURCE.
  4. Simply use your username and password to logon to theindustrysource.com .

2. I'm a current client. How do I register with THE INDUSTRY SOURCE?
Follow these 3 steps:

  1. Click here to fill out the customer registration form.
  2. Upon completion of the registration form you will be able to shop online with theindustrysource.com
  3. Simply use your username and password, to logon to theindustrysource.com .

3. I forgot my password. Can you help me retrieve it?
Simply click on Forgot Your Password and enter the email address you registered under and your password will be e-mailed to you.


4. How do I get a catalog?
You can simply click on the picture of the catalog on the left side of this page and add it to your cart.

 

5. How do I browse for products?
In addition to shopping for products by manufacturer name, product name, item number, or description, you can search for items by subcategories/sections including spa, pedicure, hand & nail, hair and tanning, just as you do in THE BEAUTY BOOK. Products will be displayed in alphabetical order by manufacturer.

 

6. How do I buy?
Once you have found the product(s) you wish to purchase, simply click on product(s) name, enter quantity desired and click "add to cart." Product(s) is automatically added to your cart. Adding an item to your cart does not obligate you to purchase the product.

If at any point you wish remove an item from your cart, click on "cart" button, locate the item you would like to remove and click "remove item."

When you are finished shopping and have all the products you wish to purchase in your cart, review the products and click "purchase." The next screen will display all of your shipping information. Please select shipping method, verify shipping address and click on "total" to display final purchase approval screen. This is where you enter your payment method,* verify your billing address and click "purchase" to submit your order.

After submitting, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order number and that your order has been received and is being shipped. You will receive your order in 4 business days or less.

*We accept: Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Please have credit card and billing address available when order is placed. All online orders must be paid with a credit card at the time of purchase. Second party credit cards not accepted.
