Debit'n'Save

Payment can now be made directly from your checking account for only a $2.50 fee. The payment plan is valid for all phone, mail or fax orders. Please allow ten business days for amounts over $1,000.00 to clear.

Sales Tax

In states where The Nailco Group has a physical presence, applicable sales taxes will be charged. A current exemption letter is on file. Customers must acknowledge which items are for resale (non-taxable) at the time the order is placed.

Please add applicable sales tax on all merchandise delivered within:

  • California
  • Florida
  • Georgia
  • Illinois
  • Michigan
  • Ohio
  • Tennessee
  • New York

Tax exempt status applies only to retail products. Sales Tax Resale Certificate must be on file to waive sales tax on retail items. It is the responsibility of the customer to report and pay district taxes associated with products delivered outside of Los Angeles County.

Missing Items

Claims for missing items must be received within 3 days from receipt of order.

Returns

If any product is not 100% satisfactory, simply return it within 30 days for a full credit or refund of purchase price with no hassles.* Please allow 10 business days for your credit card refund to process upon receipt of your return.

A 20% restocking charge may be applicable on certain furniture and equipment items. This fee may be increased on items that are either damaged or used. Incomplete displays and partial kits are subject to restocking fees. Credit issued only for merchandise returned.

For items shipped UPS or FedEx, complete the Pre-Authorized Return Form on your invoice; enclose it with your merchandise to be returned and ship.

For all other delivery methods, please call 1-800-362-6245 for instructions. You are responsible for the cost of shipping returned goods. If it was our error, we will reimburse you the cost of the shipping via ground service.

All tanning equipment must be returned within 30 days. May be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Special orders are not returnable. Hair pieces are not returnable if opened.
*All sales on acrylic and cuticle nippers, earrings, toe rings, body jewelry, nail polish, makeup and custom imprinted items are final. These items are not returnable due to sterilization and hygienic purposes. Books, DVDs, CDs and videos are not returnable unless packaged in original shrinkwrap.

Damages

Do not sign for shipments until you have thoroughly inspected for damage.
Visible damages to cartons must be noted on the freight bill. We can not be responsible for shipments that are not signed for as damaged. Do not dispose of the box or packaging material until item has been fully inspected for damages or defects.

Reports for visible or concealed damage must be made within 24 hours of receipt to 1-800-362-6245.

Request thebeautybook with any order, call 1-800-362-6245 or order online at theindustrysource.com. You will receive the book in 4-6 weeks. thebeautybook is $10 without an order.

You may have your beautybook shipped for 2 day delivery via FedEx for a $15.00 fee.
